The Annual General Meeting of the Association is held before the end of March in each year, when the Annual Report and the Accounts for the past year are presented, and elections held for the President, elected Officers, members of the General Committee, and two persons to conduct an independent examination of the accounts for the ensuing year.
Candidates nominated for election are notified to members with the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
Any member wishing to propose any candidate for election at an Annual General Meeting should give notice in writing to the Secretary not less than seven days prior to the date of the meeting.
Nominations for election from the floor at the Annual General Meeting can only be accepted in respect of a position for which no candidate has been proposed prior to the Annual General Meeting.
