| Old Bancroftians’ Athletic FC was founded in 2012 with the help of the OBA and the School. The clubs aim is to get a team out regularly and play in a competitive league. This is the first season and the club is playing in the Essex Sunday Corinthian Football League http://www.escfl.co.uk/. Players of all ages and abilities are welcome and we endeavour to give everybody time on the pitch, regardless of ability. Home games are played at Bancroft’s Rugby Club in Buckhurst Hill, with full use of the clubhouse, showers, bar and facilities. There is a lively social scene at the club, and we are organising Christmas socials and end of season dinners as we speak. Players range from 18 to 28 and above, with current U6 also encouraged to participate.
